Falls Church Motorcycle Accident Claim Successfully Resolved

Jimmy Pezzone was riding his Harley in Falls Church when a delivery truck cut him off, forcing him to lay his bike down.  He suffered a badly fractured ankle, and tore up his knee, all of which left required surgery and left him on crutches for weeks.  As a consultant who had to walk a lot among client sites, Jimmy's personal and professional lives were seriously disrupted.  To make matters worse,the change in his gait that resulted from he knee injury had a secondary impact on his back, requiring additional treatment.  Initially, the insurance company sought to deny his back injury claims, arguing that they were "unrelated" to the accident.  We worked with Jimmy to document the cause of these injuries as being entirely related to the accident, and ultimately recovered a substantial sum to compensate him for his medical bills, pain and suffering, time away from work, and the damage to his Harley.  Jimmy thanked us for a "job well done," and you can read his opinion of our services here.
