Six Virginia Motorcyclists Killed In Past 11 Days

Six Virginia motorcyclists have been killed in the past 11 days - a huge spike in motorcycle fatalities.  While the warmer Spring weather always brings more motorcyclists out on the roads, this is an unusually high spike over such a short period.  It serves as a reminder that while drivers are enjoying the warm Spring weather and the beautiful scenic views that go with it, they need to pay careful attention to the road in front of them.  All to often, the failure to yield right-of-way by automobiles results in tragic motorcycle accidents that result in serious injuries or deaths.
