Arlilngton Workers Electrocuted on Glebe Road

In a terrible accident this afternoon, two Arlington County workers were killed when attempting to fix a water main break on Glebe Road.  According to the Washington Post, they were setting up a generator for some some lighting in order to continue working into the night, and their metal ladder made contact with live electrical lines.  It occurred near the intersection of Glbe Road and old Glebe Road.  Hopefully, workman's compensation will afford the victims' families appropriate compensation in the face of this terrible tragedy.
